In order to meet the energy-saving requirements of global residents for doors and windows, the three-glass two-cavity hollow shutter glass developed by our company can be equivalent to movable external sunshade. The glass or window sash close to the room is double-glass hollow, and the sunshade shutter can completely cover the window when closed. It can be completely retracted in winter to achieve integrated sunshade with energy-saving doors, windows and curtain walls.

Product features and characteristics

✔Light-blocking property: The light transmission reduction coefficient is as low as 0.12, creating a comfortable and quiet indoor environment. The blinds are hollow and airtight, and the angle adjustment and retraction are achieved through external buttons.

✔Sound insulation: Excellent sound insulation performance, noise reduction can reach 32db, most suitable for office partitions, doors and windows of buildings around roads.

✔Energy saving: Reduce the energy consumption of glass transmission by 2/3. According to relevant data: 50% of the energy consumption of general buildings is lost by doors and windows, and 75% of it is lost through glass. The heat transfer coefficient of single-layer glass is 6.0W/m2.k, the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary insulating glass is 2.8W/m2.k, and the heat transfer coefficient of double-glazed blinds is only 2.0W/m2.k when the blinds are adjusted to the appropriate angle, reducing air conditioning energy consumption and saving a lot of electricity consumption.
