Composite

It is composed of two or more layers of glass sheets with one or more layers of water-soluble inorganic fireproof adhesive interlayer.

Fireproof principle: When a fire occurs, the fire-facing glass will burst quickly after encountering high temperature, and its fireproof adhesive interlayer will foam and expand about ten times, forming a hard milky white foam-like fireproof adhesive board, which effectively blocks the flame and isolates high temperature and harmful gases. The finished product can be edged, punched, and cut to size.

When it is suitable for exterior windows and exterior curtain walls, the design plan should consider the combination of fireproof glass and PVB laminated glass. Scope of application: Fireproof doors and windows in rooms, corridors, and passages of buildings, as well as fireproof partitions and fireproof partition walls in important parts.

Monolithic

Single-layer fireproof glass is a fireproof glass with a single-layer glass structure. It maintains fire-resistant integrity for a certain period of time, blocks open flames and toxic and harmful gases on the fire-facing surface, but does not have thermal insulation effects.

Suitable for exterior curtain walls, outdoor windows, skylights, smoke-proof vertical walls, fireproof glass frameless doors, and partition walls without insulation requirements.

Infusion type

It is made of two layers of glass (three layers of glass can be used if necessary), and is sealed with special flame-retardant strips on all sides. The fire-resistant glue poured in the middle is transparent and jelly-like after solidification and is bonded to the glass.

Fire protection principle: After encountering high temperature, the transparent jelly-like fire-resistant glue layer in the middle of the glass will quickly harden to form an opaque fireproof insulation board. While preventing the spread of flames, it also prevents high temperature from being transmitted to the back of the fire. This type of fireproof glass not only has fireproof and heat-insulating properties, but also has outstanding sound insulation effects. It can be processed into an arc shape.
